Pinot Grigio

It is part of the numerous Pinot family. The bunch is compact and yellow-coloured with purple/grey shades. The wine has a straw yellow colour, its taste is delicate with pleasant marks of ripe fruit. Goes well with appetizers and freshwater fish. It is also an excellent aperitif.
